The Commission maintains an archive of historical information and promotes an awareness and appreciation of the city’s history and the contributions of its citizens through a variety of programs and publications. All events are free to the public, and private tours of our two historic facilities are available by making prior arrangements.
The Ballwin Historical Commission exists under City of Ballwin Ordinance Sections 6-46 to 6-48. Nine members are appointed by the Mayor with approval of the Board of Aldermen. The Commission may appoint additional persons to serve as volunteer members to assist on the various committees established by the Commission. Join us!
